- The plug markings - all current GE lights have plug markings. They are located on the bladed plug. The marking is physically located on the actual plug, on the opposite side of the fuse holder. It will have the GE logo on it. It will also have two letters and two numbers below the logo. We must have that information to assist you.
- UPC Bar codes on retail packaging
- What color(s) are the light bulbs in the set?
- Brand name of lights.
- How many bulbs are on the set?
- How long the set has been in use?
- Where the set was purchased?
- How many sets are hooked together?
- What troubleshooting have you already attempted?
